Of course, both on the day of arrival, if your room is not ready, and on the day of departure, you can leave your luggage with us for as long as you need.

The hotel does not have 24-hour reception service. Reception hours are from 7:00 to 22:00.

There's no problem if your arrival is later than our closing time, as our reception team will contact you via WhatsApp on the day of your arrival to send you all the necessary information to access the hotel/apartment without any problem or complication. However, we kindly ask you to present yourself at the reception the following day with your identification document in order to register you, and if the payment has not been made previously, to make the payment.

We charge for reservations at check-in, so you can enjoy the rest of your stay without any worries, and any extras that you add during your stay will be charged at the time or on the day of your departure, as you prefer.

We offer a continental buffet for our breakfast service, where you can find a variety of fruits, juices of various flavors, and of course coffee with options for whole, lactose-free, and vegetable milk. Rye and regular bread for toasting and accompanying with Serrano ham, cooked turkey, cheese, and butter, with different types of jams, as well as sweet options like pancakes, croissant and pastries. We also have yogurt, cereals, and muesli.

The breakfast includes gluten-free pastries as well as gluten-free bread and cereals.

The hours for our breakfast are from 8:00 to 11:00, but we also have it divided into four shifts to provide better service to our guests, which are from 8:00 to 8:45; 8:45 to 9:30; 9:30 to 10:15; 10:15 to 11:00.

The price of our breakfast if you book directly at the reception is 10€ per person, while if you book in advance, it is a minimum of 9.60€ per person.

No, all our accommodation spaces, as well as all our common areas, are smoke-free spaces.

Yes, we have a crib available at the hotel which will be fully prepared for you on the day of your arrival.

Yes, we offer a daily cleaning service. Our service will enter to clean and prepare your room every day of your stay, at the time you leave your apartment, if the guest so desires.

Yes, up to one day before your departure, you can leave us whatever you wish for our laundry service to have it ready for you on the day of your departure. Of course, this service will be charged separately from your reservation.

We regret to inform you that we do not allow pets.

Our rooms and apartments are guaranteed to be available from 3:00 PM.

Our guests have their rooms or apartments available until 11:00 AM.
